Online Record of Processing Activities
We offer an interactive way to keep the record of processing activities.
According to Art. 30 of the DPA, controllers and processors are obliged to keep a record of processing activities carried out by them. As experience shows, these records of processing activities are always requested by the data protection authority as part of an inspection by the supervisory authority. Keeping these records up to date and complete, having them legally checked and, if necessary, having them available quickly is of particular importance.
The “Online RPA” developed by us, offers the possibility of creating and maintaining the record of processing activities online. With its help, we provide rapid and competent legal assistance without “frictional losses”. In addition, the “Online RPA” offers ready-made samples for typical processing activities (e.g. personnel administration), so that you are relieved of the tedious work involved in creating them. In addition to all legally required contents, our “Online RPA” includes check lists to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with Privacy Law. The documentation of breaches of security, corresponding risk analyses to determine whether the supervisory authority and the data subject need to be notified, as well as threshold value analyses and data protection impact assessments are also among the functions of our tool.
Due to our more than fifteen years of experience with the (former) data processing register, the predecessor of the record of processing activities according to the GDPR, we ensure that the register meets the requirements of the supervisory authority.
Our “Online RPA” is web-based and thus functions independently of operating systems or IT equipment and can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. Operation is intuitive and requires no special knowledge. Our solution is multi-lingual upon request. And of course, your data is in safe hands: All data is stored on a secure cloud server at the market leader A1 in Austria.
