OUR SERVICES
Online Record of Processing Activities
The “Online RPA” developed by us, offers the possibility of creating and maintaining the record of processing activities online. With its help, we provide rapid and competent legal assistance without “frictional losses”. In addition, the “Online RPA” offers ready-made samples for typical processing activities (e.g. personnel administration), so that you are relieved of the tedious work involved in creating them. In addition to all legally required contents, our “Online RPA” includes check lists to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with Privacy Law.
Template documents
In order to fulfil the duty to provide information and documentation you can purchase legally verified template documents from us. These documents support your company´s legal department, data protection officers or other employees who are in charge of fulfilling privacy obligations. We prepared them as a basis for the creation of individually adapted documents. This makes it far easier for you to comply with legal obligations because they provide clear structures and instructions and are always adapted to case law of the Austrian supervisory authorities and courts.
Privacy Information Service
We summarize important decisions of the Austrian supervisory authority (Datenschutzbehörde) and courts, guidelines of the European Data Protection Board, the European Data Protection Officer and selected supervisory authorities of other member states, legal innovations and other interesting facts about Privacy Law. Our Privacy Information Service saves time and makes it easier to keep your privacy knowledge up to date.
Privacy Audits
We assist on determining the current status of privacy compliance measures. Based on our experience with audits of the Austria and German supervisory authority audits and questionnaires, we have checklists with currently around 120 questions in place, which we use to create a quick overview of the privacy compliance measures and the documentation.
Once the results of the privacy audit are available, we determine what measures should be taken and prioritize them in enabling you to rectify the most serious issues quickly.
Certifications & Trainings
We provide comprehensive support in setting up and accrediting a certification body and in approving certification criteria. We also assist in certifying the data protection compliance of your processing activities and in proving your knowledge of privacy law through certificates.
